Ribbon Cutting - Active Day of Sumter

Please join us at Active Day of Sumter at 12pm. 

Active Day of Sumter works with individuals and family caregivers caring for Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Autism, special needs or a chronic condition for those 18 and older.  They provide individuals engaging activities and community outings, transportation services to and from the center, a nutritious breakfast, a catered lunch and a healthy snack.
