Join the Young Professionals of Sumter's Team to defeat heart disease and stroke.
In order to be on the YPS team you MUST preregister! You do not have to be a YPS member to participate in the team walk!
Registration is $20 and your team shirt is included in that price.
It's never been a better time to find new ways to boost physical and emotional health. Joining the Heart Walk is a great way to socially connect and get moving - all while making a great impact in our community and saving lives.
