Project Manager

We are searching for an entry level Project Manager position for our company.  The position is part time between 20-30 hours, possibly more for the first 90 days, Candidate must have an interest in learning about residential construction and remodeling and who is intentional about growing with the company.  If after the 90-day introductory period is over, we will decide and discuss the possibility to move forward with a full time position if candidate is a good fit. Candidate must be willing to be trained under our General Contractor to learn our process and methods.

• Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with alternate plan.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. 
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize, manage time efficiently
• Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and clients. 
• Business casual dress
