As a 20 year veteran from the United States Air Force Security Police and Recruiter.  While I was serving I noticed this glamerous tropical shave ice truck and made a comment "Woudn't it be cool to put smiles on small and big kids faces".  While serving many families mentioned there isn't much for kids in Sumter, so I decided to bring Kona Ice!
